Responsibilities

Integrated Digital strategy: 

  • Creating and overseeing delivery of multi-channel digital marketing strategies that generate exceptional results for clients. This includes facilitating brand immersion sessions audience and platform research & detailed strategy creation in line with Loom’s way of working. You will need to collaborate with the channel specialists (paid, SEO and data teams) for input into the strategy
  • Reporting and Analysis. Delivering integrated reports with insightful analysis and recommendations. Combining your knowledge of the client’s business, the market, along with digital marketing performance, you will have the confidence to harness data that paves a way forward for clients, showcasing how strategy should continue to evolve in order to keep activity relevant and market-leading
  • Client retention & growth. We pride ourselves on being a long term partner for our clients and we have an excellent retention rate. We listen to clients, take an active interest in their business goals and the market in which they operate, and tailor digital marketing activity to suit their business needs. Ensuring we’re delivering a forward-thinking, highly relevant service that adds value. 

Account management & project management 

  • Plan work activities & deliverables in line with the defined strategy. Carefully balancing budget with client expectations
  • Coordinating deliverables and delivery team members through our internal platform ‘Teamwork’.
  • Ensuring all work delivered helps clients achieve their goals, with the ability to react if and when approaches need to change.  You will be the voice of the client in the agency, making sure that all work is in line with your clients requirements
  • Client management. We work closely with clients, building strong, long-term relationships.

 

Delivery where required / dependent on experience

  • We believe that team members who are involved in the delivery aspect of the strategy form stronger relationships with the client, understand the market better, and generate better results. If you have experience in paid media, SEO, content or data, we may require that you are involved in the delivery of the strategy, even if just initially whilst the client is onboarded.  

 

Additional responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Integrated Lead to build out the service and make it a success at the agency as and when required
  • Marketing – help us to generate more integrated clients working with our marketing team on thought leadership pieces etc. 
  • Future look – we want to keep evolving as an agency, we’re always trying to give our clients the competitive edge by adopting new and emerging marketing tactics and channels. We may require you to broaden your remit to keep adding value and making recommendations to clients. This may also require building freelance networks. 
  • We see embracing AI and marketing technology as a joint responsibility with everyone needing to play a part in helping define the agency of the future

EXPERIENCE

This role would be ideal for a digital channel specialist (paid media or SEO) looking to move into a fully strategic role.  The role could also suit someone who’s already an Account Manager and looking to make the transition into a strategy focused role.

  • 5+ years experience in a marketing roles would be preferable
  • Agency experience is desirable
  • Client management and relationship building 
  • Managing budgets
  • Experience creating thoughtful, long-term marketing campaigns
  • Confidently managing multiple stakeholders at different business levels
