And, just like that, Loom is officially 11 years old?!
Like most people this year, this isn’t the way we’d imagined celebrating our birthday… But, after three months of Google Hangouts, we thought we’d at least dress up for the occasion, invite some VIPs (Karen Pearce + ?) and feast on some tasty brownie treats from Bad Brownie.
I could not be more proud of the amazing team we’ve grown to become over the years, especially after these challenging few months. Every single member of the team brings something unique and special to our agency’s skill set, and for that reason, we’re the most agile, responsive and well-informed team we’ve ever been. This means we’ve been able to deliver record-breaking results for our clients even over the last three months – allowing us to really support our client’s businesses during these difficult times.
And Loom’s birthday isn’t the only thing to celebrate this month. We’re also celebrating some key work anniversaries in the team, too.
PPC & Biddable Media Manager Nuala McBride is celebrating her first full year as a Loomie! She’s been pivotal in helping the PPC and Biddable team grow and develop, and is excellent at maintaining strong client relationships. She’s also contributed to a range of extra projects for Loom, getting involved in everything and anything she can.
Our Social Media Executive Alice Fry has now been with us for two years. Supporting Vicky Hockley in our Social Media Department, she has been fundamental in transforming our Social Media services, contributing to all our client’s accounts at a strategic and execution level. And, if you’ve ever met Alice, you’ll know how her infectious friendliness and happiness can lift anyone’s spirits – even remotely!
And last but not least, our latest Loomie Laurence Matone is celebrating 6 months with us. A much-needed asset to our SEO department, he’s supported Claire Lagoutte & Tom Spooner in delivering some of the tricky technical and structural fixes on our client’s accounts, as well as creating some killer content.
Hopefully next year we can celebrate our birthday in person – but until then, join me in raising a glass to the team on our 11th birthday!
